Who we are

Hårtransplantation.dk publishes independent comparisons of hair transplant clinics. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we do, and what we do not do

We publish research, comparisons and a clinic ranking, and we pass enquiries to the clinic we assess as the best match. That is the whole of our service.

We are not a clinic. We do not perform treatments, we do not employ the doctors or technicians who do, and we do not give medical advice. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and nothing here replaces a consultation with a qualified doctor.

How a referral works

When you send a form or write to us on WhatsApp, your details and any photographs you attach are passed to the clinic we match you with. That clinic replies to you directly and deals with you from that point on.

Any agreement about treatment, price, dates or aftercare is between you and that clinic. We are not a party to it, we take no payment from you, and we cannot commit the clinic to anything.

Our commercial relationship with clinics

We are a commercial platform. We may receive a fee from a clinic when a patient contacts it through us, including from the clinic that currently ranks first. The price you pay the clinic is not affected by that fee.

The ranking, and what it measures

Our ranking scores clinics against published criteria using information that is publicly available at the time we look. It measures how much a clinic documents publicly, not the quality of care it gives, and a low score often means information is not published rather than absent.

Clinics change. Information we relied on may be out of date, incomplete or since corrected by the clinic. Always verify anything that matters to you directly with the clinic before you commit.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to send us an enquiry. Give accurate information: an assessment based on wrong details is worth nothing to you.

Only send photographs of yourself, or photographs you have the right to send. Do not send anyone else's medical information.

Content and intellectual property

The text, rankings, research, illustrations and design on this site belong to Hårtransplantation.dk unless stated otherwise. You may quote us with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or reuse our ranking data as your own, without written permission.

Clinic names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

Links to other sites

We link to clinics, registers, review platforms and published research. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

We publish this site in good faith and take care over what we publish, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, current or free of error.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of this site, for the treatment or conduct of any clinic, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a clinic. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies. If we change something that materially affects how a referral works, we will say so on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are to be heard by the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
